Commission Refusals

I reserve the right to accept or decline commissions for any reason. Please do not transfer payment(s) until you have a confirmation from me. I only work with 18+, I am uncomfortable doing business with minors.

Turn Around Time & delivery

After your commission has been accepted, please allow 1-2 weeks for me to complete it. If more time is needed, you will be contacted immediately. File will be sent via your preferred method of contact.

payment

All commissions are to be paid in USD unless otherwise discussed. I will not start a commission unless payment has been received in full. I do not accept payment plans unless discussed. Invoice(s) will be sent after I accept your request and is expected to be paid before work is started.

refunds

I will issue refunds if any of the following criteria has been met:

I do not issue partial refunds. If a chargeback is issued for any reason, you WILL be blacklisted.

revisions and wip

I will send progress throughout the commission process for any changes to be needed and approved via your preferred method of contact. You may request these updates anytime. Major adjustments cannot be made once you have made the final approval and I have finished working. Small edits may be made if I missed a detail, but nothing larger may be requested.

Privacy

Please specify if you would like your commission to be posted privately. I will default post to my socials. I require artist credit if you decide to upload your commission to art sharing sites, your personal socials, etc. Commissions will always have my watermark on it, do not remove it.

Fair Use & intellectual property rights

My work is personal-use only. Do not claim as your own. It is prohibited to use any of my work for NFTs, AI, selling merchandise, cryptocurrency or commercial use.
